Removable  Anterior  Gingival Flange

Unusual Circumstances – extensive bone and tissue loss on an over 20-year old eight-unit bridge fabricated by another laboratory.

The restoration was done by fabricating a heat-cured flange with a palatal button-snap attachment. The patient was extremely happy with the improved speech, the lack of food impacting while eating, having great aesthetics and the security to be able to smile in public again.
